Johi Greer has built a career leading commercial operations and analytics to support growth and successful product launches. As Head of Commercial Operations at Rapalogix Health, Johi is responsible for building the company’s commercial infrastructure, including sales operations, forecasting, analytics, systems, policy governance, procurement alignment, and incentive compensation.

Prior to joining Rapalogix Health, Johi served as Director of Commercial Operations & Analytics at Galderma, supporting Alastin Skincare. There, she helped drive new product launches and implemented innovative sales tracking tools that provided real-time insights and improved field performance, resulting in a doubling of sales within a two-year period. Johi has additionally contributed her expertise to previous roles at Ulthera, Merz, La Jolla Pharmaceuticals, and as a consultant at emerging pharma companies. Her extensive background in commercial strategy and operations positions Johi to provide direction and drive growth, supporting Rapalogix Health’s mission of advancing longevity science in skin health.
