Dr. Manpreet Randhawa is a distinguished leader in personal care science with over 20 years of experience in skincare and beauty technologies. At Rapalogix Health, Manpreet drives innovation by integrating cutting-edge cellular biology with advanced formulation science to deliver transformative solutions for skin health and longevity. Her expertise lies in building platform-enabled technologies by leveraging an understanding of the complexities of skin at the cellular and molecular levels, with a focus on both aging-related and non-aging-related changes.

Prior to joining Rapalogix Health, Manpreet held pivotal roles at Avon and Johnson & Johnson, with a career spanning product development, marketing, and the successful commercialization of groundbreaking technologies.

Manpreet earned her Doctorate in Cellular Biology from George Mason University. With a comprehensive understanding of bringing scientific innovations to market, she is instrumental in advancing Rapalogix Health’s mission of leveraging science-backed solutions to redefine the future of skincare.
