Monique Salas is a senior marketing and brand leader with more than fifteen years of experience building consumer-centric brands across beauty, consumer goods, and fintech. As Director of Marketing at Rapalogix Health, she leads the company's brand and marketing strategy, shaping how a science-led skincare brand reaches both consumers and the physicians who stand behind it.
Before joining Rapalogix, Monique served as Global Vice President of Marketing at House of Cheatham, leading the strategic vision and omni-channel growth of Aunt Jackie's, Africa's Best, and Originals by Africa's Best, where she delivered 34% year-over-year growth and opened new accounts across the US, UK, and Africa. Earlier, at L'Oréal USA, she directed brand marketing and strategy for Redken Haircare during its rise to the number one professional haircare brand, and for Carol's Daughter, where she drove 29% year-over-year growth. She began her career at McDonald's USA, leading marketing for the New York Metro region and a business representing $2 billion in annual sales.
Through Salas Strategy Group, the executive consulting firm she founded in 2024, Monique has advised and held fractional executive and CMO roles with CPG, fintech, fashion, and beauty brands across their growth stages. In 2025, she received the Beacon Award from the Ellis Island Honors Society, which recognizes the next generation of leaders for exceptional vision and achievement. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management and completed executive education in Brand Mastery at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
